Living with unanswered questions
Becky experienced the disruption, worry and frustration that can come with endometriosis. Like many women, she spent time trying to understand what was happening and what choices were available.
The woman behind EndoBlends®
EndoBlends® was created by Becky Brooksbank, a woman living with endometriosis who understands the appointments, uncertainty, surgery, recovery and constant search for clearer answers.
“I did not want to create the longest ingredient list. I wanted to create a focused supplement with amounts I would feel comfortable choosing and explaining.”Becky Brooksbank · Founder of EndoBlends®
Becky’s journey
EndoBlends® did not begin in a marketing meeting. It grew from Becky’s own experience of endometriosis and her desire to make a confusing supplement market easier to understand.
Becky’s experience is personal to her. Endometriosis affects people differently, and EndoBlends® is not presented as a one-size-fits-all answer or a replacement for medical care.
Becky experienced the disruption, worry and frustration that can come with endometriosis. Like many women, she spent time trying to understand what was happening and what choices were available.
Her journey included medical appointments, diagnostic imaging and laparoscopy. Surgery did not turn the experience into a neat before-and-after story; it deepened her understanding of how personal and ongoing women’s wellbeing can be.
Becky began comparing ingredient forms, recommended daily servings and the actual quantities contained in different supplements. She became less interested in how many ingredients appeared on a label and more interested in what each serving genuinely provided.
That process led to EndoBlends® Comfort Blend: a food supplement built around three principal ingredients, clearly declared amounts and a routine designed to be straightforward.
The real journey
Hospital and scan images can make Becky’s story more authentic, provided they are used sensitively and without suggesting that a supplement replaced medical treatment.
Use the image to support the personal story—not as evidence for what EndoBlends® can do.
A carefully captioned scan can illustrate Becky’s diagnostic journey without making a product claim.
Why the formula is focused
Some all-in-one supplements spread their formula across a long list of ingredients, which can leave relatively modest amounts of each. Becky chose a different direction: a shorter formula with the recommended daily amounts shown openly.
Three principal ingredients rather than additions included mainly to make the label appear more extensive.
Customers can see the quantities provided by the full recommended daily serving—not simply the capsule count.
Ingredient form, daily quantity, manufacturing specification and clear labelling matter more than competing on label length.
No miracle promise, no claim to treat endometriosis and no suggestion that one supplement is right for everyone.
A deliberate formulation decision
NAC is one of the more costly components of the EndoBlends® formula. Including 600 mg in the recommended daily serving increased the formulation cost, but lowering it purely to improve margin would have worked against the purpose of the product.
Becky wanted the amount to be easy to find and easy to compare. It is shown in milligrams rather than hidden within an undisclosed active blend.
An invitation to look more closely
Becky encourages customers to compare products carefully, read the recommended daily serving and use reliable sources when deciding whether a supplement is appropriate for them.
The number of ingredients is not the same as the quality of a formula. A Nutrient Reference Value can be useful where it applies, but it should be considered alongside the ingredient form, the actual amount per complete daily serving and the customer’s wider circumstances.
People taking medication, receiving treatment, pregnant, breastfeeding or managing a health condition should speak to an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before using a new supplement.
A meaningful supplement, not a universal answer
Endometriosis is complex. Experiences differ, treatment pathways differ and what feels manageable for one person may not suit another. Becky’s lived experience informed the values behind EndoBlends®, but it does not make her experience universal.
Comfort Blend is a food supplement. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent endometriosis or any other condition. It should sit alongside—not instead of—appropriate medical advice, prescribed treatment, a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
The promise is therefore a more honest one: a focused formula, clearly stated quantities, responsible communication and a product created by someone who understands why those details matter.
