Inside Comfort Blend

Three principal ingredients. Meaningful daily amounts. Nothing hidden.

Many supplements compete on how many ingredients they can fit on the label. EndoBlends® takes a different approach: 500 mg curcumin, 5 mg black pepper extract, 600 mg NAC and 200 mg elemental magnesium in every recommended daily serving.

We did not ask, “How many ingredients can we add?” We asked which ingredients deserved their place—and what amount customers should actually receive in the full daily serving.

Every ingredient has to earn its place

A longer label is not automatically a better formula.

EndoBlends® was not built around the longest possible ingredient list. It was built around a smaller number of purposeful components, clearly stated amounts and one straightforward daily routine.

“Principal ingredients” refers to curcumin, NAC and magnesium. Black pepper extract is included alongside curcumin as a deliberate formulation component.

01

Curcumin

500 mg per daily serving

Curcumin is a naturally occurring curcuminoid found within turmeric. EndoBlends® uses a turmeric-derived curcumin extract rather than relying on culinary turmeric powder alone.

02

Black pepper extract

5 mg per daily serving

Included alongside the curcumin. Piperine-containing black pepper extracts have been studied for their influence on the absorption and pharmacokinetics of curcumin.

03

N-acetyl cysteine — NAC

600 mg per daily serving

NAC is a form of the amino acid cysteine. It is one of the most costly components of Comfort Blend—and one Becky chose not to dilute simply to make the formula cheaper to produce.

04

Elemental magnesium

200 mg · approximately 53% NRV

The declared 200 mg refers to elemental magnesium—not the total weight of the magnesium compound used to provide it.

A closer look

What it is. How much is included. Why it is there.

Every section answers the questions customers should be able to ask before buying a supplement—without turning research interest into a treatment promise.

Magnesium has authorised “contributes to” health claims when the applicable conditions are met. The curcumin and NAC boxes therefore show a clear research profile, while black pepper extract shows its formulation role. These are not equivalent authorised benefit claims.
500 mg daily

Curcumin from turmeric extract

Curcumin is the best-known curcuminoid associated with turmeric. Research has examined its biological activity in areas including inflammatory signalling and oxidative stress.

Human evidence in endometriosis is still developing and has not been consistently positive. That is why EndoBlends® does not describe curcumin as a treatment or promise symptom relief.

  • 500 mg in the complete recommended daily serving
  • Provided from turmeric extract
  • Used alongside 5 mg black pepper extract
  • Amount displayed clearly rather than hidden in a blend
Curcumin research profile
  • Antioxidant activity
  • Inflammatory signalling
  • Oxidative-stress pathways
  • Women’s-health research interest
These are areas investigated in scientific research, not authorised health claims for Comfort Blend.
5 mg daily

Black pepper extract

Black pepper contains piperine. Human pharmacokinetic research has investigated piperine for its ability to affect the bioavailability and serum concentration of curcumin.

Because piperine can also influence how some substances are processed, people taking medication should seek appropriate professional advice before use.

  • Included as a defined formulation component
  • 5 mg in the recommended daily serving
  • Paired directly with the curcumin extract
  • Not described as a standalone health benefit
Black pepper extract formulation role
  • Paired directly with curcumin
  • Piperine-containing extract
  • Studied for curcumin bioavailability
  • Clearly declared 5 mg daily amount
This explains its formulation role rather than presenting black pepper extract as a standalone authorised health benefit.
600 mg daily

N-acetyl cysteine — NAC

NAC is a form of cysteine that has attracted research interest across several areas of women’s health. Small human studies have explored NAC in endometriosis, and clinical research has also examined it in PCOS.

The evidence is not sufficient to describe EndoBlends® as a treatment. What EndoBlends® can do is make the amount easy to find, easy to compare and impossible to hide behind vague wording.

  • 600 mg in the complete recommended daily serving
  • One of the more costly components of the formula
  • Retained at the stated amount as a deliberate decision
  • No undisclosed active blend
NAC research profile
  • Antioxidant activity
  • Glutathione-related pathways
  • Inflammatory signalling
  • Women’s-health research interest
NAC is widely researched in these areas, but they are not authorised health claims for Comfort Blend.
200 mg daily

Elemental magnesium

Magnesium is an essential mineral. Each recommended daily serving provides 200 mg of elemental magnesium, equivalent to approximately 53% of the adult Nutrient Reference Value.

Unlike the emerging research context described for curcumin and NAC, magnesium has authorised Great Britain health claims when the relevant conditions of use are satisfied.

Authorised magnesium benefits
  • A reduction in tiredness and fatigue
  • Normal muscle function
  • Normal psychological function
  • Normal energy-yielding metabolism

Women’s-health research context

Why these ingredients attract interest—and why careful wording matters.

Curcumin, NAC and magnesium appear in scientific literature connected with several areas of women’s health. Research interest is not the same as proof that this product treats a medical condition.

This section is educational. Comfort Blend is a food supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent endometriosis, PCOS, adenomyosis or any other disease.
Early and mixed evidence

Endometriosis

NAC has been explored in small human studies, including non-randomised and single-cohort research reporting changes in pain measures and endometrioma size.

Curcumin has strong laboratory and mechanistic interest, but human findings are mixed. One randomised study found no significant improvement in pain or quality of life.

Interesting research does not establish Comfort Blend as an endometriosis treatment.
Human trials exist

PCOS

NAC and curcumin have both been studied in women with PCOS, particularly in relation to metabolic, hormonal and reproductive markers.

Results vary between studies and reviews, and the research does not provide an authorised basis for EndoBlends® to claim that it manages PCOS.

The evidence is a research context—not a product promise.
Direct evidence limited

Adenomyosis

Adenomyosis can share symptoms and biological features with other gynaecological conditions, but direct human clinical evidence for this specific ingredient combination in adenomyosis is currently limited.

EndoBlends® therefore makes no adenomyosis-specific benefit claim.

A similar symptom profile does not justify assuming the same supplement effect.

How to compare supplements

A long label can still deliver very little.

Ten ingredients at token amounts are not automatically better than three ingredients at clearly stated quantities.

EndoBlends® invites customers to compare products carefully and make decisions using the complete label, reliable information and professional advice where appropriate.

The better question is not “How many ingredients?” It is “What am I actually getting in the complete daily serving?”
Ask: how much do I actually receive each day? The amount per capsule may be different from the amount provided by the full daily serving.
Look for elemental mineral amounts For magnesium, compare the elemental amount—not only the total weight of the magnesium compound.
Compare milligrams—not how impressive the list looks More names on a label do not necessarily mean more of each ingredient is supplied.
Do not confuse “included” with “meaningfully represented” Avoid assuming that an ingredient is present in a useful quantity when its amount is not stated.
Review suitability and warnings Medication, pregnancy, breastfeeding and health conditions can affect whether a supplement is appropriate.

Use responsibly

Clearer information helps—but suitability is still personal.

“Natural” does not mean suitable for every person or compatible with every medication.

  • Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
  • Speak to a doctor, pharmacist or appropriately qualified healthcare professional when taking medication or receiving medical treatment.
  • Seek professional advice before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
  • Black pepper extract may affect how some substances are processed, making medication advice especially important.
  • Stop use and seek advice if an unexpected reaction occurs.
  • Food supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet, healthy lifestyle or prescribed treatment.

Ingredient questions

Frequently asked questions

Why does Comfort Blend use only three principal ingredients?
The formula was intentionally kept focused. Curcumin, NAC and magnesium are the three principal ingredients, with black pepper extract included alongside curcumin. EndoBlends® prioritises clearly stated daily amounts over the appearance of a very long ingredient list.
Why is black pepper extract included?
Black pepper contains piperine. Human pharmacokinetic research has studied piperine for its influence on curcumin absorption and bioavailability. It is included as a defined 5 mg component of the recommended daily serving.
What does “200 mg elemental magnesium” mean?
It is the actual amount of magnesium provided by the magnesium ingredient, rather than the total weight of the full magnesium compound. The recommended daily serving provides 200 mg elemental magnesium, approximately 53% of the adult Nutrient Reference Value.
Why does the formula provide 600 mg of NAC?
Becky selected 600 mg as a deliberate formulation amount and chose not to reduce it solely to lower production cost. The amount is displayed openly so customers can compare it with other products and research.
Does Comfort Blend treat endometriosis, PCOS or adenomyosis?
No. Comfort Blend is a food supplement and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. The research context on this page explains why certain ingredients attract scientific interest; it is not a treatment claim.
Can I take it with medication?
Speak to a doctor, pharmacist or appropriately qualified healthcare professional before use when taking medication or receiving treatment. This is particularly important because concentrated extracts, including black pepper extract, may affect how some substances are processed.
How should Comfort Blend be taken?
Take three capsules daily with water, preferably with food, unless directed otherwise by an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. Do not exceed the stated recommended daily dose.
